Please note that :

The following types of items cannot be returned or exchanged :

• items purchased on sale/with a discount

• gift cards
• personalized products* (such as jewels for which you specifically requested a modification, or unique rings or bracelets that were made especially in your size)
• jewelry purchased in person (such as at an event) :
- unless the possibility of a return has been discussed and our agreement has been written during your purchase (you will need to have the little note stating the amount you paid)

* Rings and bracelets from the Permanent collection are not considered personalized and therefore can be returned or exchanged if they fit the other conditions.

 

 

How to return an item :

*Special Christmas Market : 
the exchange period is extended until January 20th.
To exchange a piece of jewelry purchased at the market, please send me a photo via email (umyajewelry (at) gmail.com) of the small note indicating the amount paid. Without this note, an exchange will not be accepted.
Then, follow the step 2 below.

1) Make sure you contacted me within 14 days after receiving your order, and got an answer from me. (I will not accept returns of items sent back to me without prior communication).

2) From the day of my response, you have 14 days to return the parcel to me at the address that will be included in my mail.
Make sure you include your full name + order number inside the parcel.

-> The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging (you must include everything you received in your package).
-> The sender is responsible for the shipping costs to return the parcel, as well as for any taxes to be paid for it to reach back to my hands (this may be requested for parcels coming from outside of the EU).
-> The sender is responsible for the arrival of the parcel in perfect condition. Consider a shipment with tracking and careful packaging.

3) After I have received + inspected your return (and found it in perfect condition), you will be fully refunded via the payment method you used to pay for your order. If the original payment method is not available or is canceled, the return balance will be issued as store credit.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Exchange :

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the steps described above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right
