Elira means "Freedom" in Albanian.
These silver earrings can be worn in 3 different ways. Their fringe dangles playfully as you move, and their long size make them fully present.
All these aspects inspired me the meaning of the name.
Being playfully present. Free.

The Elira earrings are lightweight despite their size. They feature ethnic patterns, in a balance of lines and curves. The stone studs add light and color. They can be worn in 3 different ways (read "how to wear ear jackets" below).

Timing + delivery :

Choose your Stone jewels usually require 1-2 weeks to be made, before they are shipped out to you. To see the current creation time, check this page.
Exceptions : Stone options 13 and 14 are created and ready to ship. Check category 3 for current shipping timing for these options.

If you need your jewel sooner for a specific occasion/date, let me know and I be happy to accommodate if I can.

Stone names & colors :

The stone's sizes vary slightly, some are bigger than others. You will fin close ups on the stones further in the photos, as well as videos all the way below.

The stones I use are natural, and some of them (like labradorite, quartz, lapis lazuli,...), sometimes come with natural inclusions and surface imperfections. These in no way deter from their beauty.

For a size reference : the stones of the earrings pictured in the center of the stones have a similar size to the stones number 18.

Details :

• Dimensions : the original design is about 7cm long (2.75"). The length can vary very slightly depending on the stones' sizes. The fan is about 2,8cm wide (1.1")
• Material : Your chosen stone and sterling silver
• Color : silver metal. The fan plate was oxidized to highlight the ethnic patterns.
• Finish : The silver around the stone and on the fan plate is softly brushed, the rest of the jewel is subtly shiny
• Backings : sturdy butterfly in silver

• Packaging : I pay a lot of attention to the packaging, it comes ready to gift
• Care : You will receive care instructions together with your order

• Completely handmade by my only two hands. I use metal sheets, wire and balls. I solder, file, sand, dome, hammer, saw,... Metal is my muse!

How to wear ear jackets :

Ear jackets are earrings that are worn behind the ear lobe.
They are composed of 2 parts : a pair of stud earrings + a pair of fan-shaped plates.

To wear ear jackets simply insert the stud earring through your ear, place the fan plate on the ear-post behind your lobe, and block it with the little backing.
The fan plate will seam to float on your ear!

You can of course enjoy the stud earrings worn on their own too, for a minimalistic look.

And with this design, you can wear both parts together as normal earrings (in front of the lobe) - they look incredibly good this way too.

Packaging & care

Your piece arrives in a recycled cardboard box, wrapped and ready to be given, with a little card telling you how to take care of it.

Silver darkens with time. It is what silver does, and a soft polishing cloth brings it back. Take it off before swimming, showering or sleeping, and keep it away from perfume and cream.
