When your parcel leaves the workshop
· One of a kind pieces: in stock, they ship in 1 to 3 working days.
· Choose your stone: made to order in your size, 1 to 2 weeks.
· Size change on a piece I have already made: 3 to 5 working days.
· Online course and gift cards: sent by email right away.

How long the parcel takes after that
· Spain: 1 to 3 working days.
· Europe: 5 to 10 working days.
· Rest of the world: around 10 working days.

Every piece travels in its box, wrapped with care. If you need it for a particular date, write to me before you order and I will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

When the workshop is closed
If I am away, a notice appears at the top of the shop with the dates. Orders placed in the meantime ship as soon as I am back.
