What are the jewels you currently have for sale ?
I mostly work to order. I have a large offering of designs of all kind on my webshop : rings, bracelets, earrings, pendants and necklaces, in brass, silver and copper.
After you place your order, I will make your chosen design especially for you, and then ship it to you.
Working in this way allows me to offer a large variety of designs at any time of the year, and to create rings and bracelets to your size!
I also have a collection of in stock jewels : these are usually unique pieces, and are ready to ship, usually within 1-2 days after you place your order.

Can I come and see your jewelry in person ?
I work exclusively online (I do not have a showroom at my home, and have noticed receiving people here disturbs my workflow greatly).
If you want to see jewels in person, you're welcome to visit one of my wonderful stockist (they often have webshops, so you can check in advance what they have in stock).
I know it can feel scary to buy something without seeing it first, so know you can almost always return or exchange it if you need to. More info below :)
When will I receive my order ?

In average, almost all designs require 3-5 working days for their creation. Very few exceptions may require 1-2 weeks, and the jewels with stones usually require 2-4 weeks.
The jewels that are ready-to-ship will usually ship within 1-2 working days.
If you aren't sure of the timing needed for a jewel you're thinking to buy, don't hesitate to reach out and ask me :) I'm also always happy to do my best to accommodate if you need a jewel by a specific time.
To this time frame must be added the shipping time to your specific address.

I have a specific jewelry idea in mind, do you make personalized jewels ?
Since early 2021 I have stopped making custom jewels.
What is made-to-order ?
This means the design is not in stock, but is made especially for you, after you place your order. This is why *a few days* (in average) are needed before the jewel can ship, allowing me some time for its creation.
Do you accept return or exchanges?

I want to learn metalsmithing, could I be your student?
I am honoured to receive this question frequently, but this is not something I am interested in doing. I wish you good luck finding a way to learn this wonderful craft! Know there are great resources available online.
Is your silver fair trade?
To this day in Europe there isn't a fair trade qualification for silver (as there is for gold). However most silver comes from recycled sources, and my provider takes those aspects very much into consideration - which is one of the reasons I choose to buy from them.
Can I put a piece on layaway or arrange multiple payments?
I am thinking about adding this option - if that’s something you’d be interested in right now let me know so I can help moving things forwards :)
I don’t know the size I need for the jewel I want to order :
You will find a size guide here, and if it isn’t enough I will happily try to help you further in the quest of finding the correct size.
How will my jewelry arrive? Do you offer gift-wrapping?
All orders are shipped wrapped lovingly in a beautiful little box, ready to gift. I take this aspect very much at heart :)
Very few items have an exception on this, like when you buy removable ear wires for ear jackets on their own : they will be shipped in a simple paper enveloppe for a cheaper shipping cost. These exceptions are always clearly mentioned in the description.

I don’t have a professional phone number, as I have learned in the past it constantly interrupts my work-flow and slows everything down. You can always contact me by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or through the contact form and I will get back to you asap.

Can rings be resized?
This is an aspect to be discussed on a case by case matter, it is not always possible. If you're unsure about a size feel free to contact me before placing your order.
I want to make a very special gift for a loved one, but don’t know what kind of piece they would like
I love to help and think together with you on these occasions. I will be there to guide you and give you tips and tricks to find a safe jewelry idea for your loved one.
Gift vouchers are also great solutions and make really lovely gifts to receive!

FAQs regarding SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free. When you finalise your order, you will see what kind of free shipping is offered (standard, with tracking or insured). You then have the possibility to upgrade the shipping method you'd like, at a small cost : add a tracking service, or (for some countries) have your parcel insured.
When will my order ship?
After you place your order, I will always personally send you an email letting you know how much time will be needed before your order ships.

If your item is ready to ship : it means your jewel is already made and in stock.
It will usually ship within 1-3 working days, after I receive your paid order
If your item is made to order : it means I will make it specially for you after you purchase it, and therefore need a few extra days for its creation, before it can ship.
Most of the time it will ship within 3-5 working days, after I receive your paid order (so it is a pretty fast process!).
In some rare occasions, instead of 3-5 working days it may take 1-2 weeks, or a little more. This is the case for jewels with stone, or the most complex earring designs.

When will I receive my order?
Orders ship with the national Post service.
Here are the estimated delivery time from Belgium to the world (these are to be added to the few days described above) :
Belgium : 1-3 working days
Europe : 3-7 working days
Will I be able to track my parcel?
Standard shipping doesn't include a tracking number. You always have the possibility to upgrade and add a tracking number if you want, in the case it is not already included for free. You will clearly see that info before the payment step.
The estimated delivery time has passed and I haven't received my order yet
I am happy to say I experience extremely few bad shipping situations. Most of the time when an issue happens, it only ends up being a delay, and the parcel ends up in your mailbox at last. Or else, it is returned to me - for example because your name wasn't on your mailbox, or your address was incomplete.
A parcel is considered "lost" after 6 weeks from the day it was shipped. If you haven't received your parcel after that time, contact me.
