Creation / Processing time

The needed time to create (or simply pack and ship) a jewel can vary a little depending on my workload. 
This page is continually actualized to reflect the current needed time for the different jewelry categories offered in my shop. The corresponding category is stated in the description of each jewel.

If your order includes pieces from different categories - or if you place several orders - they will all ship together based on the longest timeline required, unless you request otherwise.
If you need your order by a specific time, I am always happy to accommodate if I can - don’t hesitate to reach out or leave me a note in your cart.

Here's the time I will need after you place your order, before I can ship it :

Category 2 :  (made to order)
The Choose Your Stone designs  :  
- 6-7 weeks
As from December 10-21st, my jewelry and I will be at Louvain-la-Neige Christmas fair in Belgium, made-to-order jewels will be created once I am back in my workspace in Asturias, starting mid January. Contact me with any questions!

Category 3 :  (in stock, ready to ship) :
The OOAK jewels 
- 1-2 working days
- with size change request (when possible) : 2-3 working days

When you place an order in my shop, I will always contact you to let you know when to expect your order to be made.

To the creation time must be added the shipping time : 

Spain : 1-3 working days
Europe : 5-10 working days

From December 8-24th, orders will be shipped from Belgium. 
Estimated shipping time : 
To Belgium : 1-2 days
To Europe : 5-10 days

• note these are average estimated times.
• Postal delays are possible during to the Holiday rush, usually from mid December until mid January.
• all orders come with a tracking number so you'll be able to locate your parcel anytime
